Refund Policy
1 Cancellations
1.1: All our furniture is made specially for your order, we do not carry stock. Therefore we will only except an order cancellation made by email to [email protected] within 7 days of placing the order. You will receive a cancellation confirmation back confirming the order has been cancelled. After this time we reserve the right to withhold some or all money is already paid to cover any costs incurred up to that point.
1.2: Returns of none faulty goods, for online purchases- we must receive notification within 28 days of delivery. By email to [email protected] or telephone 01204 389238. Confirmation email will be sent to confirm and a collection date will be arranged. The goods must be in the same new condition as delivered.
If an exchange is required, any price difference will be made at the prices of the original order date. A re-delivery charge will apply.
In case of a refund, this will be made with the exception of the delivery costs. We will arrange for the collection of the goods, but you will be liable for the costs of the collection.
1.3: The furniture must be accessible for our delivery team. Saracen Leather Furniture Ltd will not be liable for costs incurred where normal access was not possible.
